Im not good at build but here goes simple basic Build Resist

Holy,Poison,Shadow = 100%
Neutral = 95%
Fire,Wind,Water,Earth = 80% ( if the valkyrie's manteu still gives 5% elemental resist to Fire, Wind, Water and Earth it should be 85% )
Ghost = 90%

k... here goes...

Upper Gear: 4 Leib Olmai Card
Mid Gear: 2 Giant Hornet 1 Leib Olmai 1 Maya Purple Card
Lower Gear: 4 Giearth Cards

Armors: 1st Armor: 1 Angeling Card With 3 Tao Gunka Cards
2nd Armor: 1 Evil Druid With 3 Tao Gunka Cards

Garments: 1st Garment: put 2 Marse and 2 Dustiness Cards on it...
2nd Garment: 1 Hode With 3 Marionette Cards
3rd Garment: Vali's Manteu ( must ) cause of its 15% Neutral Resist... and put 4 Raydric Cards On it...

Shield: Valkyrie Shield(Must) with 2 Thara Frog Cards ( use Valkyrie Shield cause it adds 20% Resist to Water and Fire...)

Shoes: I Guess Sleipnir you decide what card you will put...

Accessories: 2 Ring Of Flame Lord... ( its a must too cause each ring of flame lord adds 10% fire resist ) oh and you can put whatever cards you want =)

Weapons: you may use different weapons with different element for switching... switch weapon whenever your attack is elementally blocked by your opponent.. the technique i will teach you in switching weapon is quite easy... you must switch the opposite element he will resist for strong attack but not so hard blocking chance... for example... from Neutral switch to Ghost or from Holy Switch to Shadow or From Neutral Switch to Lightning...
